Responsibilities: Working alongside the part-time Accounts Payable Officer and reporting to the Financial Accountant, the successful candidate will manage the accounts payable function end-to-end across 5 different entities (collaborating with interstate offices), ensuring accurate, timely processing of staff expenses and supplier invoices. The role involves close coordination with both the accounts receivable and payroll teams and requires high-level accuracy, discretion, and communication skills. Your responsibilities will include reviewing supplier invoices against budgets and quotes, verifying payment details to avoid errors, data entry in MYOB, and obtaining appropriate approvals before processing payments. You will also play a key role in maintaining the company-branded clothing database and managing related ordering and invoicing processes. In addition, you’ll contribute to the upkeep of the Quality Management System and assist with general administrative and finance tasks as needed. Skills & Experience: To be successful in this role, you will bring at least 10 years’ experience in accounts payable, advanced MYOB proficiency, strong time management skills and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. You must also be adept in written and verbal communication, demonstrate a critical eye for detail, and be committed to working as part of a team. Due to the close collaboration required with the broader finance and professional teams, remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this role.
