The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and financially aware salesperson to help more directors and accountants choose us with confidence. This is not a volume-based telesales role – it’s a consultative sales position for someone who understands small business pain points and can guide people towards clear decisions, without undue pressure. Key Responsibilities Take initial discovery calls with company directors or their accountants Identify financial stress triggers (ATO debt, DPNs, garnishee notices, statutory demands) and guide towards appropriate solutions Clearly communicate the pros and cons of SBRs, liquidations, and other options – in plain English Build strong rapport and trust in a short timeframe Manage sales pipeline in Pipedrive – maintain accurate records and follow-ups Liaise with internal team for smooth handover to operations after appointment Spot opportunities to build relationships with referrers and advisors Consistently hit agreed targets for conversion and sales value About You Minimum 5 years’ sales experience, ideally in professional services, finance, or B2B advisory You get small business – especially the emotional weight of financial stress Calm, confident communicator who can explain complex stuff simply Experienced in managing high-trust, low-volume pipelines rather than high-pressure cold sales Process-driven with solid CRM habits (ideally Pipedrive) Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working remotely Experience in restructuring, insolvency, or accounting a strong advantage (but not essential) Why Join Us?
