With a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence, they are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Administrative & Accounts Assistant to support our office operations and finance team. Key Responsibilities: Administration Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and wider team Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries Assist with document management, filing, data entry, and maintaining records Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage calendars Assist in preparing internal reports, forms, and correspondence Accounting & Invoicing: Assist in processing invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders Support accounts receivable and accounts payable functions Perform bank reconciliations and assist in monthly reporting tasks Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal processes Liaise with external accountants and stakeholders as required Key Requirements: A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field Any relevant experience in an office or finance-related role will be a bonus Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); exposure to accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) is a plus Good communication and interpersonal skills A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the business Full working rights—Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory.
