We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organised individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper/Office Manager. The ideal candidate would be mature-minded, self-motivated, and reliable, with experience in bookkeeping and office administration. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Bank and credit card reconciliation End-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions Payroll and superannuation processing HR & recruitment Motor vehicle fleet management Day-to-day running of office administrative duties Office supplies and expendables purchasing Liaising with service providers (such as IT consultants, accountants, auditors, and phone system maintenance) Assisting with reception and customer service duties as required Handling general office and administrative duties as needed To be successful in this role, you should have: A minimum of two years of relevant experience in bookkeeping and payroll Experience with Xero or equivalent accounting software Good organizational and time management abilities Loyalty, honesty, and reliability, along with a positive attitude Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the confidence to work independently without constant supervision Remuneration will be based on your skills and experience.
