Here's What You’ll Be Up To: Assisting with daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations. Supporting financial reporting and month-end closing processes. Managing invoices, expense tracking, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping. Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making. Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure financial compliance. Supporting tax, compliance, and audit processes as required. Communicating with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, ensuring smooth financial transactions and reporting. What You Need to Bring: 2–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping. A strong understanding of financial principles, reconciliations, and reporting. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all financial documentation. Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English is a must. A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
