Key Responsibilities Process admissions, banking, receipting, and refunds Manage residential, community, and ILU billing Follow up on ageing debtors to reduce outstanding balances Update financial systems for fee changes Reconcile resident accounts and process discharges Perform monthly reconciliations of allocated balance sheet accounts Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner Coordinate funding workflows and reconcile with Medicare Support finance projects as directed by the Finance Manager Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company policies Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounts Receivable or Billings Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Experience with Epicor (highly regarded) Understanding of the Health and/or Aged Care sectors Please note: Only applicants with experience in billings or accounts receivable within the aged care industry will be considered.
