Due to phenomenal growth across our business, we are looking to add a new role of Retail Marketing Manager to support our Salomon and Wilson brands.

The Role...
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, leads and executes clear, on-brand communication between HQ and Salomon and Wilson stores, fostering alignment and engagement across the Retail Division. The RMM is responsible for the end to end planning, development, co-ordination and execution of in-store marketing activities. The RMM will lead communication with key stakeholders with internal teams and needs to focus on efforts to drive customers into store and showcase our brand. Day to day activities include;
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of retail media campaigns across our retail network
- Manage the calendars to primary campaigns and trade promos to agreed timelines and ensure that all retail marketing is managed to budget and deadline
- Create necessary assets for delivering information to the field in a manner that ensures maximum engagement, efficiency and understanding.
- Use data and insights to evaluate media performance, continuously optimising to maximise return on investment and customer engagement
- Manage the retail marketing budget, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
- Collaborate with the wider Marketing and Digital team to ensure campaign messaging and creative are aligned with the brand and all stores marketing and assets are in line with Brand guidelines
- Be the lead in the weekly meetings and planning discussions to confirm key campaigns, windows and partnerships
- Developing impactful internal communications for our audience including (but not limited to) weekly communication, videos, speaking notes, and intranet posts.
Skills and Experience:
A range of skills are necessary including:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Change Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Commerce, or related degree.
- Demonstrated experience within retail marketing along with working in a cross functional capacity
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, illustrator and use of creative building tools such as Canva, Indesign or other similar tools.
- Managing different projects and initiatives as new priorities are added to the business objectives.
- Collaborating with other areas of HQ to deliver strategic projects and programs.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using media performance data to inform decisions
- Experience in developing, creating, reviewing and releasing communications to varying audiences.
- You communicate with honesty and kindness, and you create space for others to do the same.
