Base pay range A$97,955.00/yr - A$111,142.00/yr Property Partner – Projects Property 12 month Fixed Term, full time opportunity PoV Grade 4, $97,955 - $111,142 11.5% superannuation We are seeking a Property Partner – Projects to negotiate new electorate office leases and deliver electorate office relocation and refurbishment projects. About the role The role involves managing and reporting on all aspects of lease negotiations and project development and delivery for both major fit-out projects and minor works in line with our standards and frameworks, including: Managing project issues, risks and budgets and investigating solutions, as required Procuring all project-related goods and services in line with policies and procedures Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and clients, facilitating communication and consultation and ensuring excellent level of client-service for stakeholder groups About you You are an experienced property or facilities professional with a strong track record in lease negotiation and project delivery. Known for your exceptional customer service, you thrive in dynamic environments where confidentiality, consistency, and clear communication are key. You bring a collaborative mindset, a flexible approach, and the ability to stay composed and effective under pressure. You're confident in using digital tools to conduct property research, manage documentation, and prepare accurate, well-structured reports and correspondence.
