About You You’re an experienced accounting professional with the drive to lead, influence, and grow within a firm that’s committed to long-term success. Key Attributes & Experience: Management experience within an accounting firm, ideally at the Senior Manager or Associate Director level. Expertise in tax compliance, financial reporting, and client advisory services. CA or CPA qualification. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams. Australian experience in a client-facing role.
