Your Role: As Development Accountant, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across operations, development, and executive leadership, becoming a trusted commercial partner. Your role goes far beyond compliance – you’ll drive visibility, challenge assumptions, and play a key role in strategic planning and project performance. Key Responsibilities: Partner with development teams to provide financial insights across projects; Build strong relationships with non-finance stakeholders – become their go-to finance voice; Develop robust financial models to support project feasibility and investment decisions; Monitor and report on project performance, budgets, and forecast accuracy; and Help shape commercial decision-making in a high-velocity, fast-evolving environment. About You: CA/CPA qualified with a strong foundation in accounting and commercial analysis; Proven ability to build relationships and influence outside of finance; Experience in project-based, property, development or construction environments ideal; Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, entrepreneurial setting; and Passion for translating numbers into action and strategy.
