Ideally, you possess at least 4 years of experience in a professional services accounting firm Strong proficiency in Xero. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced Excel skills are highly desirable. You are either a qualified CA/CPA or are actively working towards this qualification. Detail-oriented with a professional approach. Eager to learn new skills and advance your career, aiming to progress to a Partner role within the next few years.
