Key Responsibilities Manage your own client group, providing timely, practical advice across accounting and tax matters. Take the lead in client meetings, offering insight and support that builds trust and long-term value. Review work prepared by the team, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure quality is maintained. Provide support and structured guidance to junior staff to help them grow and develop with confidence. Stay informed on technical changes and contribute to internal knowledge sharing. Look for ways to streamline processes, enhance client service, and improve how the team works together. About You Around 6 years (or more) in a public practice accounting role. CA or CPA qualified. Someone who’s switched on, practical, and values accountability. A calm, clear communicator who can hold their own with clients and colleagues. Someone who knows when to lead, when to support, and when to ask questions. Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team.
