As an Accountant in our Business Advisory division , you’ll work closely with a diverse client base, providing tailored advice and practical solutions. You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment where your professional growth is a priority, and your contributions are valued. What you’ll do: Prepare income tax returns and activity statements for individuals, companies, and trusts Prepare financial statements in accordance with accounting standards Assist with tax planning and apply tax compliance procedures Identify and raise accounting and taxation issues with senior team members Prepare clear, accurate and concise work papers to document your work Ensure compliance with lodgement deadlines and regulatory requirements About you: What you’ll bring: 1–2 years’ experience in a similar accounting or business advisory role Experience with Xero practice manager and use of Xero within an accounting firm A degree in Business or Commerce, majoring in Accounting (desirable but not essential) Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work both independently and within a team Why Albany?
