An excellent opportunity has presented for a Senior Community Stakeholder Engagement Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will support our TMR counterpart, in managing project specific consultation and communication to minimise complaints. Additionally, you will lead and participate in the development, implementation, facilitation and ongoing delivery of engagement activities. You will work closely with Fulton Hogan’s Routine and Programmed maintenance delivery teams, assessing forward works schedules to proactively anticipate and manage their impact on the community. This role requires a thorough understanding of the contract and associated management plans, the construction and maintenance works undertaken on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, flexibility, agility and a high-level of responsiveness. Your Contribution: You will lead and manage identified program planning and management activities to ensure effective implementation of program objectives within established timelines and budgets. You will need to provide advice on program changes affecting our client and adapt the implementation of communication plans accordingly. Perform regular community engagement analysis and reporting as required. Receive, record, report on, assess, action and respond to all incoming correspondence via phone and e-mail, including damage claims, maintenance requests, complaints, requests for further information. For delivery of works, you will be required to assess stakeholder impact and prepare the required communications submissions, prepare reports, briefing materials, presentations, communication materials and correspondence for our client and key stakeholder. You will report to the program director and be part of the Contract Delivery Team, required to attend Contract Delivery Team meetings monthly at which you will present a monthly stakeholder engagement report which looks at communication activities of the past month, and anticipates the next. With intermediate practical experience in a similar role, you will demonstrate expertise in maintenance activities, with TMR experience seen as advantageous. You will be a strategic thinker, have contractual experience in contract delivery, and be able to recognise how communications fits into the wider contract. You will have an innate ability to harness and nurture internal and external stakeholder relationships, and an ability to work collaboratively within a complex and diverse environment.
