What You’ll Be Doing Leadership & Team Development Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members , enhancing both their technical and professional growth. Oversee workflow allocation and review to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are met. Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment that encourages continuous improvement. Client & Workflow Management Manage a diverse portfolio of clients , delivering proactive business and tax advisory services . Coordinate workflow and drive efficiencies to meet internal and external deadlines . Work closely with Managers and Partners , ensuring client strategies align with broader business objectives. Technical & Strategic Advisory Provide high-level technical expertise in business services, including tax compliance, financial reporting, and strategic planning. Offer advisory solutions on business operations, restructures, regulatory compliance, and succession planning . Conduct financial modeling and guide clients through complex tax matters, asset sales, and acquisitions . Is This You? You’re a leader with strong technical skills, an eye for efficiency, and a passion for mentoring others . You thrive in a fast-paced environment, building authentic relationships with clients and colleagues while contributing to the strategic direction of the business. CA/CPA-qualified with a degree in Accounting, Business, or Commerce . 5 years’ experience in Business Services, with demonstrated leadership, supervision, or mentoring experience . Proven ability to manage workflow and team performance while ensuring quality outcomes. A problem-solving mindset , capable of navigating complex financial and regulatory challenges .
