Growing industry with excellent career opportunities Permanent full-time position CBD location with flexible working arrangements Your Role: We are seeking a qualified Accountant to support financial management, compliance, and business planning within a collaborative and forward-thinking finance team. This is a broad and rewarding role offering exposure to budgeting, reporting, governance, audit, commercial analysis, and system improvement—ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on and strategic finance environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and analysis process across functional areas. Prepare statutory financial reports, monthly budget-vs-actual analysis, and support year-end processes. Ensure full compliance with relevant tax and accounting standards, including timely lodgement of returns and statements. Contribute to audits, board reporting, strategic initiatives and project development activities. Manage accounts payable/receivable, credit card transactions, staff expenses and settlements across a range of financial systems. Support the design and implementation of internal controls and governance frameworks. Provide commercial insight for tenders, contracts and investment decisions through financial feasibility analysis. Collaborate effectively with various teams and manage external relationships with auditors, advisors, and consultants. What You’ll Bring: CA/CPA qualified. Strong experience in tax, financial and management accounting Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. High attention to detail and strong ethical standards. Experience working in a professional services or commercial environment is advantageous.
