Position Responsibilities and Tasks: Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and traffic control industry standards Supervise and coordinate office administrative staff, allocating tasks and monitoring performance to support project and business requirements Develop and maintain office procedures, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company protocols Manage office budgets, monitor expenses, and support financial reporting processes in collaboration with management and external accountants Maintain accurate records of business operations, including client contracts, staff certifications, work orders, and regulatory documents Act as a liaison between office personnel, field staff, clients, suppliers, and government authorities to ensure effective communication and coordination Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing compliance of staff with licensing and training requirements, particularly in traffic control operations Procure and manage office supplies, uniforms, equipment, and inventory to ensure smooth business continuity Ensure compliance with insurance, licensing, and WHS obligations, including keeping up-to-date records and renewals Assist management in preparing reports, responding to regulatory inquiries, and improving internal processes for better service delivery Qualifications and Skills: Relevant qualification. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities. Strong interpersonal communication skills, with an empathetic approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage client needs effectively. Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $70,000 - $90,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
