Job Description Position Title: Systems Accountant – OneStream Location: Osborne Park or Welshpool Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Industry: Mining Services Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Systems Accountant with strong experience in OneStream to join a leading mining services company. This role is responsible for maintaining, optimising, and streamlining the organisation’s enterprise performance management (EPM) system, supporting efficient and accurate financial reporting, consolidation, and budgeting processes. Key Responsibilities Manage and support the day-to-day operations of the OneStream platform Design, implement, and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and workflows Collaborate with finance and operational stakeholders to improve forecasting, budgeting, and consolidation processes Drive process automation and system improvements to increase efficiency and data integrity Support finance teams during month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting Work closely with IT and external vendors to manage upgrades, resolve issues, and ensure optimal performance of OneStream Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to internal stakeholders Qualifications & Experience CA/CPA qualified or currently progressing towards qualification Proven experience with OneStream Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and consolidation processes Advanced Excel skills; experience with data integration and transformation preferred Exposure to mining, mining services, or heavy industry sectors is highly regarded Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Location & Work Environment Role can be based in either Osborne Park or Welshpool Collaborative finance team with a focus on continuous improvement Opportunity to make a direct impact on the organisation’s reporting and planning capability Apply Today Please apply directly via Seek or reach out to Kristen Lightbody for further information - kristenpsgaus.com.au
