CORE Construction is actively seeking a highly experienced Senior Superintendent to lead field operations for a high-profile $200M project in Southern Nevada. This role demands leadership at the highest level—overseeing all onsite aspects of large-scale build from preconstruction through project completion. You will be responsible for managing a large in-house team & supervising complex construction activities, resolving challenges, and upholding CORE gold standard in safety, quality, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site team leadership and facilitate coordination of all construction phases from mobilization through punch-out.
- Lead and mentor our CORE in-house team & trade partners in safety, quality, and performance.
- Facilitate in-house team management of the project schedule, identify critical path activities, and mitigate delays.
- Facilitate quality control inspections; ensure timely correction of deficiencies.
- Facilitate clear and proactive communication with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
- Facilitate the review of all plans, specifications, ASIs, RFIs, for accuracy and feasibility.
- Facilitate the completion of daily progress logs, daily trade partner huddles and issue weekly schedule updates.
- Act as a technical resource on OSHA compliance and basic jobsite safety compliance practices.
- Support and coach/teach team members on all phases of the construction process.
- Partner with Preconstruction for constructability and envelope reviews during design phases.
- Provide strategic insights and value engineering to optimize construction solutions.
- Foster a culture of trust and collaboration with owners, architects, and trade partners.
- Embrace Lean Construction Practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 20 years of construction experience, with 12+ years in supervisory roles.
- Deep knowledge of subcontractor scopes, construction sequencing, and project logistics.
- Proficiency in Procore, Blubeam, and MS Project is a plus but not a requirement .
- Experience with CMAR and Design/Build delivery models is a plus but not a requirement.
- Advanced knowledge of construction documentation, including ASIs, RFIs, and submittals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to lead teams and interface with clients.
- Proven ability to drive schedule adherence and manage budgets effectively.
- OSHA 30 Certified.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Willingness to travel within Southern Nevada as needed.

Schedule
- Full-Time Monday - Friday, Minimum 50 hrs a week.
- Extended or weekend hours based on project needs
Work Location
- The current project is in the Las Vegas Valley. Future projects could require travel within the south half of Nevada.
