With seating for 150 guests and a private function room for events, we are a high-volume venue that delivers both casual dining and memorable celebrations. We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and ensure smooth, efficient operations day in and day out.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations across dining, bar, and function spaces
• Lead and inspire a team of waitstaff, hosts to deliver top-tier service
• Coordinate with the kitchen and events team to ensure seamless service during busy periods and private functions
• Handle rostering, staff training, and performance management
• Maintain high standards in customer service, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Act as the face of the restaurant during peak times, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally
