Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the daily operations of a construction site, ensuring the project stays within budget and meets company and quality standards. Responsibilities: Maintain and execute the project plan as laid out by the Project Manager, schedule and ensure compliance with budget, schedule, plans, and specifications. Supervise and coordinate all construction activities. Supervise and direct laborers, carpenters, concrete finishers, trade partners, and material suppliers. Manage all field operations and coordinate with other company Superintendents and trade partners to ensure that all activities are contracted in a timely manner and do not disrupt project schedule and/or budget. Ensure that all trades have up to date drawings and information. Advise General Superintendent and Project Manager of potential problems, work interferences or schedule difficulties while assisting in resolving such conflicts; anticipate and resolve project issues and schedule difficulties. Coordinate equipment, crews and other job related activities to maximize efficiency. Maintain the project’s daily logs and jobsite inspections. Maintain accurate and up to date drawings. Understand and promote company Safety Program to create a safe work environment throughout the jobsite; adhere to the safety and record keeping requirements; integrate Company’ Safety Program in all site specific plans and procedures to ensure a safe work environment; adhere to all safety and record keeping requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred but not required Employee exhibits and abides by Employee Success Formula (Top 18) Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role Possess a valid Driver’s License Strong knowledge of safety policies and procedures Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet deadlines and work in a task-driven environment Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines Demonstrates the ability to work with a strong work ethic, reliability, teamwork and flexibility Possess a professional demeanor Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to self-motivate If you are interested in learning more about this role, please submit your resume for immediate consideration!
