We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Gaming Attendants to join our team.
As a Gaming / TAB Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming facilities, providing exceptional customer service to our patrons, and maintaining a fun and safe gaming environment. Must have valid RSA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating gaming equipment and machines.
- Monitoring gaming activities to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Handling cash transactions and providing change to customers.
- Assisting customers with any issues or concerns they may have.
- Performing routine maintenance on gaming machines.
- Keeping the gaming area clean and organized at all times.
- Adhering to all safety and security procedures.
