The menu at Pappy's Bar is diner styled food burgers, tacos, fried food and salads. There are both vegan and vegetarian options. The busy periods are 12-2pm with a 3 hour break for prep before dinner rush. We are closed Sunday Mondays.
Job Description:
- Overall Responsibility for the kitchen's Daily operations.
- Managing kitchen stock and ordering
- Supervise kitchen staff and any issues that arise.
- Monitoring and controlling stock levels.
- Ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed
- Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen.
- Liaising with relevant food companies for ordering.
- Managing and working closely with other chefs.
- Responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines/being responsible for health and safety and food hygiene practices.
