About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Section Wait Staff to help deliver exceptional front-of-house service!
Wait Staff: As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the primary contact for our guests during their visit, from providing information about the menu, delivering world-class hospitality, to the closing of their bill. You’ll ensure a seamless dining experience and work closely with the Venue Manager and Restaurant Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and escort customers to their tables and provide outstanding service throughout their experience.
- Present menus, provide detailed information about dishes or drinks and make tailored recommendations.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, serve promptly, and handle transactions smoothly.
- Prepare tables and keep the dining and bar areas clean and organised.
- Communicate order details to the kitchen and ensure that dishes are served correctly and promptly.
- Uphold health and safety standards, including food and beverage regulations.
