Branch Manager to oversee daily operations and lead teams in either
San Leandro, CA or
Anaheim, CA. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with relocation assistance provided for the right candidate.
About The Role
As the Branch Manager, you will take full ownership of your branch’s success—including staff leadership, financial performance, client relationships, and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone with strong business acumen, a drive for growth, and a passion for empowering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all day-to-day branch operations, ensuring productivity and performance goals are met.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the branch’s market presence and service offerings.
- Oversee project initiation and ensure smooth coordination across internal teams.
- Drive customer satisfaction by delivering consistent, high-quality service.
- Full P&L responsibility including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Cultivate a high-performing team culture focused on safety, continuous learning, and career development.
- Foster relationships with customers, vendors, community partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Represent the branch in local networking events, trade shows, and community initiatives.
- Conduct job site visits and ensure adherence to safety standards and company protocols.
- Identify training needs and support ongoing team development.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership in branch or operations management within the construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and P&L oversight.
- Ability to motivate and develop staff while maintaining a safety-first mindset.
- Skilled communicator who can effectively manage internal and external relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.
- Must be willing to travel locally and perform site visits as needed.
Preferred Background
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience managing a branch, with prior experience as an Assistant Branch Manager preferred.
