With over 75 locations, Riser Fitness is one of the nation's largest multi-unit developers of the Club Pilates franchise system as well as one of the longest operating franchisees in the country.

POSITION:
We are hiring a Vice President of Real Estate & Construction to lead Riser Fitness’s real estate strategy, lease portfolio, and construction operations across all current and future markets. This executive will play a critical role in scaling our domestic footprint while also planning and executing international expansion, beginning with Mexico.

This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to the COO, with oversight of brokers, landlords, and construction teams. This person will also eventually build out a Facilities Management function as our studio network matures.

This hire is essential to supporting our aggressive U.S. growth and ensuring we can expand into international markets with discipline and speed. The right person will bring both strategic and operational firepower to an area that will define our next phase of growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive site selection, lease negotiation, and real estate execution across all territories (U.S. + international)
Manage our portfolio of 77+ active leases, including renewals and landlord relations
Oversee the Director of Construction and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
Lead all new market entry planning from a real estate and construction standpoint
Build scalable systems for lease and construction project tracking (SharePoint, Salesforce, etc.)
Develop a Facilities function to support long-term maintenance and repair programs

QUALIFICATIONS:

10+ years in real estate and construction, ideally in multi-unit retail or franchise systems
Strong deal-making and lease negotiation skills
Experience managing construction timelines, budgets, and vendors
Track record of opening new units at scale
Process builder who can bring structure, systems, and strategy to a fast-growth environment
Bonus: experience in international development and/or entering new markets
