Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in and around Tallahassee, FL. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with various teams, managing project budgets, and timelines, ensuring construction activities align with project plans, and monitoring progress to meet deadlines. The role also involves risk management and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Project Coordination and Project Management skills
- Experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
- Budgeting skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- GC license or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Experience in real estate development and investment is a plus
