Key Responsibilities:

Estimate materials, plan schedules, and manage updates.
Supervise workers on-site, ensuring quality and safety.
Lead safety and progress meetings with subcontractors.
Address challenges with effective, timely solutions.
Foster collaboration and manage project timelines efficiently.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of construction management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Basic computer literacy; familiarity with Microsoft Projects, Excel, and Bluebeam is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and current insurance.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on-site.
Fluency in English; Spanish skills preferred.
Flexibility to work weekends or evenings when required.
