**Job Description: Construction Site Supervisor**

Position Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations on

construction sites. You will oversee the construction process, manage

the on-site team, and ensure all aspects of the project are executed

according to the project plan. The ideal candidate will have strong

leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and a

commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

**Project Execution & Scope Adherence:**
- Ensure that each projects scope and schedule are met as

stipulated in contracts.

Manage projects through the Execution, Monitoring, and Closing

phases, assisting in planning and resource management.

Oversee construction activities, ensuring they are executed

according to the plans.

Ensure projects remain within budget by working closely with the

Project Manager.

**Team Leadership & Development:**
- Supervise, coordinate, and motivate crew members.
Daily meetings to assign site daily tasks.
Conduct weekly meetings with site staff to set and review goals.
**Safety & Compliance:**
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality

standards.

Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
Ensure that all crew members are properly trained and understand

their responsibilities.

**Customer Experience & Communication:**
- Maintain customer satisfaction by proactively addressing

concerns and ensuring clear communication.

Schedule and attend client meetings during the Execution,

Monitoring, and Closing phases.

Resolve any customer complaints promptly and report to the

Construction Manager.

**Administrative Responsibilities:**
- Complete daily updates for administrative tracking systems.
Respond promptly to communications from the Construction Manager

regarding any project-related issues.

**Project Progress & Budget Monitoring:**
- Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time

and within budget.

Track project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation

closely, ensuring cost control.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision or a

related field.

Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures and safety standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on

customer service.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and

construction documents.

Valid drivers license (and any necessary certifications).

Work Environment

This role will involve working on various construction sites,

ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and

organized job site.

Reporting

Reports directly to the Construction Manager.
