About the Role:

As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and customer satisfaction. You'll lead and inspire a team, manage inventory, control costs, and uphold a positive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily restaurant operations and staff schedules
Hire, train, and mentor team members
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns promptly
Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost controls
Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
Drive revenue growth through promotions, events, and marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

2+ years of management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage budgets, staffing, and inventory
Passion for food, drinks, service, and creating a memorable guest experience
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
