About Our Search

We are currently seeking a professional Construction Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will perform construction administration activities for our Conshohocken, Pennsylvania office. The candidate will primarily support our Education and Public Safety Market Sectors.

About The Position

Overall project management during the construction phase.
Act as a liaison between our design professionals, client representatives and the general contractor.
Attend and may conduct job conferences both locally and possibly with some travel.
Provide on-site construction observation as needed and respond directly to design, and construction issues posed by both contractors and construction managers.
Prepare construction contract documents including Addenda and Architects Supplemental Instructions.
Administration of the construction process including RFI and submittal review, change order review, field report preparation.
Review of project budgets and payment applications.
Required to work virtually, in-office, and on job site environments as needed.

About You

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering or an equivalent combination of related education and experience preferred.
10-20 years of experience in construction project management.
Registered Architect preferred.
Strong time management and conflict resolution abilities.
Attention to detail, organization skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and problem solving skills.
Ability to read, understand, and work from construction documents and specifications.
Experience in a customer focused, team-oriented environment a plus.
Revit, Newforma, Submittal Exchange, eBuilder and other management software experience a plus.
