Ability to quickly learn Company procedures, policies and systems Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team Initiative when working unsupervised Ability to delegate work Excellent oral and written communication Excellent time management and organisational skills High level of attention to detail Follow instructions and apply practical judgement Ability to apply knowledge and applications of safety standards Ability to provide quality customer service both internally and externally Knowledge of spare parts Mechanical knowledge Ability to attend to breakdowns unsupervised Good knowledge of Detroit motors, Eaton and Rockwell differentials Good knowledge and understanding of differentials and gearboxes Good knowledge of electrics and air conditioning systems Air conditioning certificate and accreditation (Air Conditioning Tradespersons) Sound knowledge of auto electrics Excellent diagnostic skills What would be helpful to have to achieve this? Motor Vehicle Licence – HR, C Class Relevant trade qualification First Aid Basic Computer knowledge What does my job involve?
