Golding are seeking experienced Production Mine Operators to join our team at Kogan Creek Mine, near Chinchilla. With a 4-year contract extension, our operations are secured until June 2030, offering long-term career opportunities

Permanent & Casual roles available

Residential role (no accommodation provided)

4-day roster (Monday – Thursday), rotating fortnightly between day and night shifts

We Are Looking For Production Mine Operators That Can Operate And Are Experienced In Operating At Least One Of The Following

Excavators: Hitachi EX 1900 / EX 2600, Komatsu PC3000
Dozers: Komatsu 375 & 475
Graders: Caterpillar 16H & 16M
Haul Trucks: Caterpillar 785
Water Trucks: Komatsu 785

Role Requirements

Demonstrated commitment to safety and site compliance
Proven ability to work productively and professionally
Current Training Transcripts
Current Drivers Licence
Current Standard 11
Current Coal Board Medical (or ability to pass)
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & D&A as required
Current Trainer Assessor qualifications and/or experience in a mining environment would be highly regarded
People with pit dewatering experience are also encouraged to apply
