Responsibilities:

Service, install, and commission residential HVAC equipment and indoor air quality systems
Ensure all work meets or exceeds TSSA and municipal building codes
Follow Energy Star installation standards and best practices
Perform HVAC inspections and system diagnostics
Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and upgrade options
Deliver a professional, customer-first experience on every job
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle

Qualifications:

3+ years of recent HVAC installation and service experience
Hands-on experience with furnaces, central & ductless AC, gas boilers, and tank/tankless water heaters
Valid Gas Fitter and/or Refrigeration License
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Comfortable working at heights and using ladders
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented mindset
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
