This is a full-time role based at our High Wycombe modular building facility, working in a factory environment where you’ll be involved in framing, fit-out and assembly work that brings our builds to life.
You’ll be part of a close-knit crew, following established processes to meet safety, quality and production targets, with the opportunity to see projects come together from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Install and assemble various building components, including flooring, wall frames, roof trusses, windows, doors, and exterior claddings.
Set up building levels and alignments according to drawings and project requirements.
Build additional structures such as stairs, ramps, eaves, and transit walls.
Assist team members and labourers to support project progress and completion.
Conduct maintenance, repair work, modifications, and reworks as needed to ensure quality and safety.
Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow all safety protocols, wear personal protective equipment, and comply with workplace health and safety standards.

Qualifications

Carpentry trade qualification (or equivalent practical experience)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
White Card (Construction Card)
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
Sound understanding of the building and construction industry
