As a Construction Project Manager, you will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, acting as the primary point of contact and authority throughout the project lifecycle. Your Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications
Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines

Requirements

Qualifications

✔️ Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in residential or commercial construction

✔️ Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques

✔️ Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and project management skills

✔️ Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)

✔️ Solid leadership and communication abilities to effectively manage teams and stakeholders

✔️ Ability to solve problems creatively and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
