Create a safe and welcoming environment for children, ensuring their wellbeing and security. Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the educational programme. Maintain accurate records of children’s development and learning outcomes. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress and any concerns. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education. Qualifications: A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care). Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting. Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Current First Aid and CPR certification. Working with Children Check clearance.
