We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused bar worker who enjoys being part of a close-knit team and making everyone feel at home.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

Welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and accurately.
Answer questions, offer recommendations, and promote membership benefits.
Encourage patrons to follow the club on social media for upcoming events and specials.

Bar Operations

Prepare and serve beer, wine, spirits, and basic cocktails.
Operate the POS system for cash and card payments, including poker machine payouts.
Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and well-organised.
Support busy functions and events with efficient, friendly service.
Report or address minor maintenance issues.

Compliance & Safety

Adhere to all RSA and RCG requirements.
Maintain a safe, enjoyable environment by monitoring patron behaviour.
Follow all health and hygiene standards in drink service and preparation.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with the licensee, manager, and team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with setting up and packing down for events and functions.

Social Media Engagement

Promote the club’s social media channels to guests.
Help build excitement for upcoming promotions, raffles, and special events.

Qualifications & Skills

RSA and RCG certifications (required).
At least one year of bar or hospitality experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, positive, and adaptable under pressure.
Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Must be available to work New Year’s Eve (NYE).
