We are seeking a customer-centric and motivated individual to join our Customer Services Team. You'll be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our internal and external customers. Attitude is everything, and we're looking for someone who thrives on solving problems and is a pro at juggling multiple priorities. What you'll do: Be the first point of contact for our internal and external customers Provide first-class customer support via phone, email, and other channels Process orders and returns, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution Resolve issues with an empathetic and a solutions focused approach Champion a culture of service excellence by promoting customer-centric thinking Collaborate with cross-functional teams What you'll bring: Ideally, you'll have experience in a Customer Service role.
